We may revise these Terms from time to time and will publish updates on this site. If you continue using the services after a revision, you accept the revised Terms; material changes will be announced in advance via in-product notices or email. If you do not agree, you should stop using the services.
LingXizhi provides an AI-native IDE client, a local Rust core, cloud sync, cloud sandboxes, a hosted model gateway, and related services. AI capabilities are provided by large language models and may produce inaccurate output — review and test generated code before putting it into production.
You must register with a valid email address and safeguard your password, API keys, and two-factor credentials. All activity under your account is deemed your own. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access; losses caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials are your responsibility.
Services are billed in credits: 1 credit ≈ ¥0.05 of model usage. Plan credits refresh monthly and unused balances do not roll over. Upgrades only switch to a higher tier; remaining credits carry over in full. Subscriptions and purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Price changes are announced in advance and never affect a paid period.
You agree not to use the services for unlawful activities, not to generate or distribute infringing or malicious code, not to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the services, and not to abuse free allowances. Violations may result in rate limiting or suspension, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
The IDE client, core, website, and documentation are our intellectual property. When you bring your own API key (BYOK), the ownership and use of inputs and outputs follow the corresponding provider's terms. Your project code always belongs to you.
The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you actually paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time; after deletion we will erase or anonymize your personal data within statutory periods. We may suspend or terminate the services if you materially breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a claim before a competent people's court.
