How are credits calculated?
Hosted model requests are metered by actual usage — 1 credit ≈ ¥0.05 retail value. Normal dual-pool deduction follows this order: Purchased credits are consumed first; once exhausted, plan credits take over. Hosted FIM consumes credits only after its daily free allowance is exhausted; BYOK follows provider billing without consuming platform credits.
When do plan credits refresh?
All plans refresh lazily when credits_reset_at is due and the subscription remains active within its service period: a status read or billing request resets the pool to the monthly allowance. The next refresh time is the earlier of now plus 31 days and the service-period end. Unused plan credits do not accumulate monthly. Free also has onboarding and device-period checks; the independent purchased pool is not cleared by plan refresh.
What are the upgrade rules?
Upgrades switch to a higher tier, with remaining credits carried over according to upgrade rules. Creating an order does not activate benefits; payment confirmation and entitlement updates are required. Contact support if online payment is unavailable.
